We do not offer returns or any money-back guarantees especially on preorders. Standard shipping on local and domestic orders - Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Unless specified pre-order items - Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for shipping. Once you order, you will receive an email confirmation and once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email with tracking number. Please make sure address is correct as we will use the address that was used for orders. We will not be responsible if address change happens or it's the wrong address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our hands and are in the hands of the parcel. All claims must be filled with the respective parcel service that is delivering your package. Some descriptions of our garments may display DIY stains, blemishes, distressing and paint splatter. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

We do allow size exchanges if inventory is available.
